There really is nothing better than discovering a new good slow cooker recipe. Hubby and I lead busy lives. Sometimes it just gets tough to prepare wholesome tasty meals during the busy work week. This delicious recipe from the Slender Kitchen is a true find. It is super quick to throw together (literally) in the crockpot before work, then simply turn it on and let it slow cook all day while you are gone. This dish is excellent over rice with our Thai green beans in peanut sauce, steamed Asian sesame squash, or Asian grilled asparagus.
